A planted site is a living system under shock. Roots were cut. Soil was changed. The first dry season decides whether the drawing survives.
Budget for watering, mulch, staking checks and a replacement allowance. Low-maintenance is not no-maintenance. It means the right species and a plan someone can actually keep.
If the client travels, say so in the brief. The plant list should change.
